Hot Melt Machine The main shaft adopts variable frequency speed regulation motor, process uses stepping motor, can adjust mechanical stick hair space, hot melt can achieve PP tube surface uniformity, hole deformation, stick hair stability. According to customer different requests, compatible with different size pipes. Domestic initiate one of hot melt joint technology, can produce paint roller with high stability, high corrosion resistance, and high durability. At the same time,compatible with PVC pipes used for spray adhesive technology and PP pipes used for hot melt process.

The product can produce paint roller with different diameter, different length, and different type. Compatible with many different varieties,specifications wool cloth.

Action (work flow) process:

Startup – Insert PP pipe onto the main shaft manually, and then put on the auto-feeding cylinder clamp. Press the reset key,the equipment returns to the initial position and then press the start-up switch. The equipment starts to operate automatically with fire, for blowing away the hair (avoid pressure hair phenomenon). After hot melt to corresponding length, the inductive switch will receive the signal, and immediately automatically cut off the fire source and switch off the air source of liquid-gas and oxygen, and at the same time, the hair blowing air source is cut off. After that, loosen already hot melt product, air cylinder will automatically reset-circulation action
